Good to know.
Everything about the download, the printing and the two versions.
Frequently asked
What exactly do I get?
A PDF file with 17 designed album pages, plus the guide, over 100 ideas and printable stickers. All in the same download. Nothing is shipped.
How fast does the download arrive?
Usually within a few minutes of payment, by email. If nothing turns up, check your spam folder first and then write to us.
What is the difference between Birthday and Christmas?
Both albums have the same structure and the same extras. The design and the prompts differ: one is built around a birthday, the other around Christmas. You pick the occasion at the top of this page.
Can I buy both versions?
Yes. Add them to the cart one after the other and you get both files.
How often may I print the album?
As often as you like, for you and your family. Passing the file on or selling it is not allowed.
What paper should I print on?
Ordinary printer paper works. It looks properly good from around 120 gsm – any stationery shop or print shop has it.
What size is the album?
The pages are laid out for A4 and print cleanly on US Letter, or scaled down to A5 if you want it more compact.
Do I need special software?
No. You only need something that opens PDF files – which is on practically every computer, tablet and phone.
Can I have it printed at a print shop?
Yes, and it is often the nicest option. Take the file along on a USB stick or email it over.
Who is the album for?
Anyone you want to give something personal to: children, parents, partners, grandparents, friends. The pages are worded so they fit any relationship.
How long does it take to fill in?
Most people take an afternoon. You can also take your time – there is no order you have to follow.
Can I return the album?
Because this is a digital file, the right to cancel ends once the download has started – you agree to that at checkout. As long as you have not downloaded it, you can still cancel. And if something does not work technically, write to us and we will sort it out. More in our refund policy.
How can I pay?
With the payment methods offered at checkout, including PayPal, Shop Pay and card.
