Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right to cancel, tell us clearly that you wish to do so – by email to support@happyalbum.de or by post to 5830 E 2ND ST, STE 7000 #38202, Casper, WY 82609, United States. Sending the notice before the period ends is enough.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel, we refund every payment we received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You are not charged for the refund.

Important: when the right to cancel ends

Your right to cancel expires as soon as we begin delivering the file. At checkout you expressly agree that delivery starts before the cancellation period ends and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel at that moment (§ 356 (5) of the German Civil Code). As long as you have not started the download, you can still cancel.

If something does not work

This policy is about cancellation, not about faults. If the link does not work, the file will not open or anything else goes wrong technically, write to us. We fix it, and if we cannot, you get your money back.
