What we process and why

• Order data (name, email address, billing details, order contents) to perform the contract – Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
• Payment data, processed by the payment provider you choose. We never see your full card details.
• Server log files (IP address, time, page requested) to operate and secure the shop – Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
• Cookies. Technically necessary ones are set without consent; anything else only after you agree in the cookie banner – Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Shopify

This shop runs on Shopify. Shopify processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be transferred to third countries on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires, normally up to ten years. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Write to support@happyalbum.de.
