Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to every contract concluded through this shop between CMR Commerce LLC ("we") and you.

2. Contract

Presenting the products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you make a binding offer. The contract comes into existence when we confirm your order or deliver the file.

3. Digital goods only

Everything in this shop is a digital file. No physical goods are shipped. The charge shown at checkout as digital delivery and handling covers the preparation and delivery of the file.

4. Delivery

You receive the download link by email immediately after payment, as a rule within a few minutes. Delivery is to the email address you gave at checkout.

5. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout.

6. Right to use the file

You may print the file as often as you like for your own private use and give the printed album as a gift. You may not pass on, publish or resell the file itself, and you may not use it commercially.

7. Cancellation

Your right to cancel is described in our refund and cancellation policy. For digital content it ends once the download has started.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract.

9. Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
